The service delivered by Vicky was nothing short of amazing. She was great last time too. The only thing taking the star away on service is the entrance. We arrived and was stood waiting for 10 mins to even be greeted. We were 3 minutes early for our reservation when we were greeted. We was told we were a little early and asked to take a seat in the bar for around 2-3 mins. We were not seated for another 15 mins. Kind of pointless having a reservation really. But Vicky thank you again for the amazing service!

Enjoyed a nice breakfast. Parking is free if you registered as a customer. Table was clean. Cold selection was self-service as were drinks. Cooked breakfast was ordered as what you liked. The decor is a little tired and background music would have been nice. The food ordered was nicely cooked, hot and tasty 😋 Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Ideal place to visit and catch up and enjoy a good meal.

I ate here a few weeks ago. I was greeted by the management Tracy and Laura who were amazing. Both of them were very friendly and attentive throughout my visit.
I was seated and waited on by Lois who was also amazing. She was always polite and smiling, frequently checking if everything was okay and if I needed anything.
The food was perfect as is always the case here. The chefs do a great job every single time. You never have to wait too long and the food is always hot and delicious even after new menu changes.
I’ve never had a bad experience eating here and will always come back!

We were a party of 5 and all had the daytime menu which was excellent value for money. The service was outstanding, and all staff very welcoming. All our needs were catered for. We were served by Lu, and she was incredibly efficient, cheerful and polite and offered to take a photo of our group. She was very attentive and made our visit very comfortable, so thank you to her very much.

Beefeater has an evening set menu, but this one doesn't like to advertise it. When I asked about it, they said no, we don't do one, then they said yes but only in the restaurant part and not in the bar area. But you can order the same food, just not on the set menu. It's like we have one but don't want anyone to know.. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it. Why have it on your website if you don't want to serve it?

The service was excellent; however, the food was far below average. The ribeye steak was overcooked, and both the chicken breast and chicken wings were inedible. The onion rings were crispy but overly oily and also inedible.
I appreciate the waitress who offered to have the chef prepare another meal. However, I declined, as I observed the "chef" reheating food and plating it. I knew that whatever they reheated would likely not be any better.

I came in with my family and was greeted by the manager trev who was really nice, we had to wait for our table to be ready but, we wasn't waiting long at all. We were served by Arlena who was really friendly and made sure we were looked after for the whole duration of our visit. See you in the new year!

Had a hair in my starts the steak was over cooked and onion rings were floating in oil.
